I'm satisfied with everyone assisting me at the time of my visit
Everything was fine.
The provider and nurse staff pay close attention and listen carefully to my input as A patient, which is very important to me because we can't give them insight to help evaluate our health conditions and never ever Was anyone belittling of anything that I said, or felt Concerning my health issues and thoughts, which I really truly appreciate it genuine concern for my well-being. And I am grateful to find a wonderful provider, which is not always easy to do

Very good
Since Dr. Walter is my PCP, I was able to see her. I didn't get the best feedback when there were interns. Some interns did not show a good interest in their duties being provided. This is why I requested to see my PCP.
The provider and nurse assistant always pay attention to me and discuss my care with me
I always have good visit. No wait time and use the lab down stairs for my blood work, very convenient.
Dr. Walter and her team are very polite, friendly, and helpful. They listen to what you have to say, and they answer my questions. They don't be rushing to get your appointment over with. They will sit down with you and have an enjoyable conversation with you.
Very good experience
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
