Patient Experience Reviews
I recommended my aunt to this provider
Always very patient and willing to address any questions or concerns.
Good
I first noticed her empathy when I met her. She listened, was thorough, and helped me greatly. I do not know how my health would be if it was not for her. I would definitely recommend!
I had an excellent experience is my first time with a new provider here as I've relocated to *** from ***. I do need to follow up with my blood pressure medication as well as another prescription that I was hoping Dr. Vergie could help me with. I will message on the portal to see if she can help me with that. Thank you so much and have a great day!
Sometimes Dr. Veeravalli brushes off my questions and concerns, or treats them as silly.
Everything was good
I love my doctor. .
Very happy with Dr. Veeravalli and the staff in general.
It was a good visit and I like the Doctor a lot she cares about her patients and that the doctor I need

Dr. Veeravalli doesn't seem to have a lot of patience for questions.
Pleasant, thorough
I am very pleased with my doctor. She is thorough and appears to be interested in my wellbeing.
She is a caring and wonderful doctor!
Had a good visit with provider answered my questions
Dr Lilly is very aware of the medical condition and takes the time to explain and offers advice. She is very encouraging. When she needs to be she is bery direct and firm.
Excellent visit, as usual.
Excellent experience
Dr. Veeravalli was attentive, efficient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The clinic staff were all pleasant and helpful. Hopefully one day the medical history I updated in mychart will update the EMR (not controlled by the clinic staff or physician).
I was also seen by a medical student in training. Very pleasant person.
Good medical service
Dr. Veeravalli is AWESOME!! I am extremely satisfied with every medical service provided here.
My office visits with Dr.Veravalli are always a positive experience she is very easy to talk too. She shows that she is really concerned and committed to giving you the best care possible
Dr. Veeravalli, is kind, she knew and understood my concerns and provided explanations for what I was feeling. She stays on top of my health and my concerns.
Everyone in this Doctors office is always kind and very professional at all times, Great Team work!!!!!
The medical assistants were not warm or connecting. This very different from other UH experiences. Usually the support staff is wonderful
Very good
Excellent care provided
Everything with the doctor was great except I felt a bit embarrassed and dismissed toward the end of the exam. Apparently it was limited to 30 min and I wasn't aware. Toward the end of the exam I wanted to address one last issue and was told, "our time is done. Next time". It caught me off guard because I haven't seen a primary doctor in a few years and my health has declined. So to have a dismissal of that nature was off and a bit off putting.
She does basics so impersonal in and out in 8 minutes made a requested referral for acupuncture and pt for lower back pain it's me I miss Dr Chao former physician she also said too many times expect that "at your age"
Dr Veeraveli always pleasant and informative
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
