Patient Experience Reviews
I love this office and have recommended it to several people. Everyone is always so nice and Dr Twombly is the best. She's helped me so much over the past few years with mental health, weight issues, female issues and general well being. I won't go anywhere else.
She was friendly, warm, professional, open to my questions and I'm so happy to have found her.
I have no complaints about Dr. Twombly
I'm extremely happy with the care I receive from Michelle, ***, and everyone at the office!
It's always been a good visit with NP Michelle Twombly!
Take care I received was outstanding
We had different reasons for me being seen. I want to find out about an issue I have and she wants to talk about my weight. I would rather be talked to not at.
I love Michelle Twombly!!! She is attentive, personable and a great care provider.
Very Good. Showed Genuine concern for solutions to my problem.
Michelle Twombly was excellent. My daughter and I both are satisfied with Michelle Twombly as our provider
Everything went excellent!
Michelle is knowledgeable and willing to listen to new health information from patients. She is willing to understand new modalities presented and research them. Thank you
Cnp Twombly was awesome I'm very happy to have her as part of my care team
Visit to refill prescription went well.
My experience as excellent. The provider addressed my concerns
Excellent care! I would recommend this provider and am very happy with the UH hospital system!
I am usually very hesitant about going to the doctor. Michelle made me feel so at ease and her staff and assistant made me feel so welcome! I am incredibly grateful to have found them. After getting bloodwork done, my results came back and Michelle sent me a message about my results within a few hours. I'm so impressed! Definitely recommending this office to everyone.
She was very pleasant, empathetic, detailed and professional.
Very good. It was very easy to communicate with my provider and talk about my concerns and problems. I look forward many visits.
First time seeing her
Michelle is the best
Michelle T. Is great but the staff to get through for a visit are terrible. They decide if you can see a doctor, or not. I don't have a choice in that. Make it sound like your really in distress or you don't get in.
Michelle Twombly is always pleasant and friendly. Listens to my questions and concerns and includes me in decisions about my care. She is also very thorough in her assessments.
Nothing exceptional to report. It was a good visit.
I wish more Dr Offices were as friendly
Good doctor and facilities
Thorough, compassionate, and professional visit.
Very good care..
My nurse practitioner is great. Would not go anywhere else
Always professional. This office is a gem.
My care provider always make me feel very comfortable to discuss my health with her and is very thorough. I appreciate that I never ever feel rushed.
Very good experience. I am happy to have Michelle as my new PCP.
Very positive experience.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
