About
Mourhaf Traboulssi, MD, is a cardiologist at University Hospitals Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute.
Dr. Traboulssi earned his medical degree from the Damascus University School of Medicine in Syria. His postdoctoral training began with an internal medicine residency at Al-Watony Hospital in Syria. He practiced as an internist for a few years before coming to the United States to complete an internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He served as Chief Cardiology Fellow and was later inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
Dr. Traboulssi joined North Ohio Heart, Inc., in 1998 and has been in practice for more than 25 years. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease with additional certification in nuclear cardiology and forensics. He diagnoses and treats the full span of heart conditions, including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, heart rhythm disorders and heart valve disease.
Dr. Traboulssi is a member of multiple professional organizations including the American College of Medical Examiners, American Heart Association, National Arab American Medical Association and American College of Physicians. On a local level, he is a member of the Erie County Medical Society.
