My overall experience was pleasant. My appointment was early morning. An office staff member greeted me on her way in and let me know someone would be with me shortly. Everyone from the front desk staff, the nurse, and physician were kind and courteous. I had to schedule a couple of follow-up appointments. The person who did this for me was patient and accommodating.
Dr. Thomas is wonderful! She cares about you and your total wellbeing!.Always helpful advice. And encouragement, she akwsys encourages me to call her If I have a question or Immediate help! You know she is there for you!! University Hospital is well represented by her. Being on there team!!!
