All Good
Dr. Sullivan really cares about his patients. He listened to what I had to say and explained to me in terms I could understand. I'm so blessed with all my UH Drs and very thankful for each of them.
Dr. Sullivan, his nurse and receptionist were better than most people in those positions that I can think of. I was very pleased with how competent they were (especially the receptionist). I actually wanted to fill out this survey just to make sure I could say how pleased I was with my care that day. I usually don't respond to surveys. I was actually done and out of the office in 20 minutes. I usually don't even get in in 20 minutes. Very pleased.
All good!
Dr. Sullivan was really very good.
Great staff. Doctor very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend him to others.
Dr. John Sullivan and his team are knowledgeable, patient and kind. I had to get a colonoscopy which I was very nervous about. Dr. Sullivan put my mind at ease and was so kind. I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan.
Appreciate the time and care Dr. Sullivan, his Assistant and *** took with me to address my medical issues/concerns.
Dr. Sullivan is one of the kindest most caring physicians I've ever seen.
Dr. Sullivan is an excellent doctor. He explained what he felt I was experiencing in a clear concise manner, answered all my questions and I feel he gave my husband and I sound advice. Hopefully, the new medication will assist me with this condition.
Most all of my appointments are a year apart, so they give me a card with a reminder to call 6 months before that next year to make an appointment.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
