Good
It makes me feel so good to have a Doctor that really cares about their patients. Dr. Strauss always takes her special time with me. When she talks with me, she makes things understandable. She is a wonderful doctor and I am blessed that I have her.
Excellent provider - knowledgeable, informative, collaborative, thorough, caring
A very good experience.
Dr. Strauss is the very best! I have been her patient for *** years.
Dr. Strauss is an excellent doctor and works very hard. Very easy to talk to, answers questions in everyday language. I am delighted she is my doctor.
Dr Strauss is a great doctor, she puts exceptional attention when I am in front. The only problem I think I have with her way of working, is communication. The person that is between us, talks too fast, talks in a way is nothing clear, and I feel like not communicated with my doctor, except when I am in front, then she is the best.
My appointments are always positive experiences because my doctor is knowledgeable about my health concerns and genuinely interested and caring.
Dr. Jodie is excellent.
Excellent. Dr. Stauss is really a caring physician! I am glad to have her as my primary care doctor!
Dr. Strauss is very thorough and I like that.
Dr Strauss is in a league of her own. She provides exceptional care.
Excellent, caring Dr! I really like her. One issue: I was supposed to have an EKG. Not done. I remembered when I got home. Not sure how it was forgotten.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Jodie Strauss did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
