Patient Experience Reviews
This doctor is excellent and personable. She has interns but always sees me herself also which I highly appreciate. The office is busy but never seems rushed and helpful without being condescending.
I choose Dr Sara because she's a10.She always treats me like a friend who is also a doctor. The office runs smoothly and the staff is friendly and thorough.
Excellent care
I like my new PCP.
Dr. Sarah and her team are very comprehensive and compassionate. My entire family is now going to this office. Very happy with the care we have all received.
All good.
Great doctor very happy with her she actually seems a little more about my health then I do I feel sometimes like Its my daughter that's my doctor because she's so thorough but that's good and she makes it my choice . Always a good experience and it helps my mental health being pretty darn sure that everything is covered and I fear little of missing any thing that could cause me harm
Assistant Dr. & nurse were great!
Dr. Sarah and her team are top notch. They do there best to make you comfortable and feel heard. If there is any issues, the team will assist. Very glad I found Dr. Sarah and her team.
Great care by everyone in the office.
Good Job
Good appt
Had a very good visit
I felt that my concerns were addressed - My last test results were reviewed with me the exam was very thorough and made me feel as ease.
DR. SARAH HAS GREAT SHADOWING PHYSICIANS THAT ATTENDED AT MY VISIT. I DID NOT SEE DR. SARAH AT THE VISIT.
Good experience!!
I really liked the medical resident that saw me before Dr. Sarah did. And Dr. Sarah is very attentive to my health concerns and personable.
Wonderful staff and provider! Very glad we are established with this practice.
Dr. Sarah was fantastic. The staff was awesome! Very pleased with my visit.
Office staff and doctors and residence were all wonderful. Enjoyed this visit very much.
Great visit. We reviewed all test results from ER visit *** and had a yearly wellness check up.
I liked the way the dr cared about me and my oroblem
Overall, It was a very positive experience!
My visits with Dr. Shawrimanyan are always pleasant and informative.
The provider was Dr. Barber. He was very good. When I called the office to inquire about my rest results, the nurse was rude and sounded upset that I questioned about abnormal results. Stating that the results were not abnormal for older women. I did not take offense to the referral, "older women". Just to the tone of her voice as she was explaining. I regretted making the call. I did follow Dr. Shahrimanyan's directions that were sent to me through the My Chart app and did not continue the medication.
Dr. Sarah , her nurse, as well as the Resident, Dr. Baker, were both very helpful, professional, and kind.
Saw Dr Sarah to establish new primary care provider Found her to be pleasant and attentive Answered questions and prescribed medication very pleased with her service and that of her assisstant ***
Very pleasant experience.
Nothing special. Not nearly as thorough or detail oriented as the provider my husband went to. Felt like we were going through the motions & received adequate care.
Love this office and all the staff, including Dr. Sarah. Never have a long wait.
When I scheduled the appointment online it would have been helpful to know I would have blood work following checkup. I did fast but wasn't sure I had to. I knew I had bloodwork test results in because I was alerted by mychart. Mychart can be a blessing and a curse. You see results before seeing doctors' responses to tests. Can be disconcerting.
Dr, was not in professional attire. Was very casual dressed, I was shocked!
Very good
Outstanding
Overall great experience and I left feeling good about the visit. Both nurse and doctor made me feel comfortable and respected. I expressed concern over potential bloodwork results and asked the doctor if she'd call me to go over results once she had them and she assured me she would. However she has not yet called. I received results online with a comment from her but there were things I feel like need discussed further so I guess I will call on my own to follow up. I don't know if that's typical but that is the only thing that I would've changed about my experience.
Sarah was wonderful in every way !
I'm very happy with the care of Dr. Sarah
This office gave me excellent care. Very kind when talking to me. First visit they took me for an appointment even though I did not have one. Noticed signs I needed to be treated for. Received answers to problems I have been going to *** for 9 years never giving me any answers or treatment
No issues, great job. Would highly recommend Dr. Sarah
My Dr. And staff are the best. They take care of me
Love this office and all the people there working
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
