Patient Experience Reviews
Was a good experience
Had a mammogram. My mammogram came back as abnormal was able to get a follow up ultrasound the next day, which was wonderful because it took care of my worries. Everything turned out fine. I am very, very happy with the hair I get from the UH nurses physician assistance, nurse practitioners, and doctors. Keep up the good work and wonderful medical care
I am very satisfied with the experience
Very good
He is a very good doctor. He tells you the problems that you have, and explains it in detail.
Love the office! Everyone is professional and respectful. Love my doctor!
All in All. This was the first time that I seen this doctor. It was an emergency that he seen me and it only took 2 days to get me in and because of that.that is the reason I transfer to this doctor. Him and his staff were very pleasant and nice.
I really liked his kind, calm manner. He is working with my primary care provider to coordinate prescriptions and activities.
Was very pleased with Dr. Schroeder being it was my first visit with him except in the hospital. He is a very caring Dr. I was also very happy with his staff who showed much concern & helpfulness.
Always a good experience.
Good
I always get excellent care at this office. ***
Excellent
First time meeting Dr. Schrode and liked him immediately.
Dr. Schrode and his staff displayed the utmost professionalism. They were courteous, thoughtful and demonstrated complete knowledge of my visit.
The assistants came in and quickly began an ECG with no explanation. My top was pulled up and I was exposed. While the strip was running, another tech was asking me questions. It was a bit chaotic. I was surprised my BP and EXG weee normal!
Dr. Schrode is outstanding.
Great doctor and staff
Doctor n staff were great, caring n listened
Dr. Schrode has always been knowledgeable, professional, and kind.
Always know Dr. Schrode checks thoroughly on my healt.
All goodI really appreciate Dr. Shode and his staff
Always good experience
Dr Schrode is thorough in person. I wish he or someone qualified to answer medical questions by phone OR via My Chart would do so. What is routine for a cardiologist's office is unnerving to a new patient. Seeing results on My Chart leaves questions I couldn't get answers to until I saw him in person. That is disappointing.
I like Dr. Schrode very much. He has listened to my concerns and my overall thoughts on the origin of my issues. He is also using a conservative, non-invasive treatment approach, which I very much agree with.
Doc Shrode has been my heart specialist since he saved my life *** years ago
Dr Schrode is very easy to work with. I trust his knowledge and opinions of my health.
Dr Schrode always takes care of what needs to be done. He is kind, explains things well and seems very knowledgeable at his job. Thank you
Dr. Schrode follows up with medicine switches and with pre-surgery care for me. I felt better going into my surgery after he checked my heart and afib out and eliquis meds.
Dr Shrode and his staff are the best!
It was good
Dr. Schrode and the team who did the initial stress test and the more specific nuclear test were informative, caring and empathetic. I was in a situation unfamiliar to me since I am very healthy. I felt so comfortable and safe in the care of Dr. Schrode because he listened to me and reviewed my medical records; he also could read my face and state of concern when the initial test results indicated a possible medical issue. He decided, because he listened to me, to go with less invasive testing with which I felt comfortable. I trusted him and would have done the invasive test if said that would have been in my best interest. I was relieved and respected his protocol for my care becasue I felt like part of my own medical care and decisions. The follow up was thoroughly explained and I walked out of the hospital feeling confident we did the right thing in my case. I will highly recommend Dr. Schrode to anyone looking for a cardiologist because he is knowledgable and caring.
Dr. Schrode was very helpful to guide me through my concerns and direct me with the steps to follow for my healthcare
Have had this provider for many years and am very satisfied with him.
Good
Dr Shrode is a good listener and always offers good advice on how to deal with my issues
Dr. Schrode used terminology and examples that I could understand without being talked down to. He eased my worries so I could have surgery.
Great doctor and has always been. My only comment was that after I left, I found out that he must have reviewed a recent blood test and changed my medication dosage. I didn't find out until the pharmacy called me.
The experience was positive. The provider paid close attention to what I said and offered a live of care with a follow up appointment in two weeks.
Dr Shrode is a very caring doctor
Dr. Schrode is the best. He is so kind and caring. He explains everything in simple terms. He is never in a rush so he makes you feel important. We discussed the pros and cons of switching from coumadin to Eliquis and then he wanted me to make up my mind.
Great care by the whole staff
Dr Schrode is an excellent provider, I always leave his office knowing what is going on with my heart condition and how we are treating it.
I am grateful for Dr. Schrode.
Was nice and easy to talk too
I am very happy with Dr. Schrode *** and the staff at his office. ***
I've been a patient with this provider for many years and feel he is taking good care of me. I do not appreciate these surveys being sent to me. I like my providers and hope nothing unneccesory will happen to them. It's not easy starting with a new dr. And at my age maybe more so.
Excellent care
Dr. Schrode and his staff are wonderful. The doctor is so kind and caring. He answers any questions that I might have.
Dr. Schrode and his office staff/nurse are wonderful. They were busy on the day of my appt. But the delay was about 50 minutes. As far as office calling me about test results, I just had testing this a.m. And I have an e-mail message about an hour ago of my test results which I have to check. They probably haven't yet had sufficient time to call me. I truly like Dr. Schrode and his staff.
Dr. Schrode is personable and positive. He is my only UH doctor. ***
This office is very unwelcoming. The frosted glass window is closed with a note not to knock on it, so you sit and wait. This physician is very kind and professional but I don't like the check in system.
He's a good explainer and listener
Dr Marc is a wonderful and caring physician
Dr. Schrode and his staff (nurses, office workers) all are friendly, prompt with assistance and courteous. Great Provider!!!
Staff at front window are not overfriendly. Dr. Schrode is excellent.
I really like Dr Schrode. Very patient and calm.
He's great and his staff is good
I have been 30 pounds over weight for a long time and a *** and I can't stress enough to educate patients on food consumption. Dr Schrode Introduced me to South Beach Diet and I am now 14 pounds lighter and feel great. There are so many temptations including ads on TV No wonder most of world is fat. Thank you Dr Schrode.
