Beginning to end, this was a great experience. My husband and myself had been looking for a local primary care provider, and are so happy to have found Dr. Durga. She was thorough, kind, and informative; and her office staff was great as well. We look forward to continuing our medical care with her.
Great doctor, I'm thankful.
Dr Durga listens and provides good explanations. My only request would be that she slows down when talking. Sometimes it's difficult to understand her when she speaks quickly.
I needed a PCP and am very pleased with the switch I made.
Excellent end very friendly Tim,*** I recommend for all my friend.
Dr. Druga was very professional and took complete details on the concern and carefully explained me with details and also did some tests, explained me in the reasons, results and also provided some advice and suggestions in the most comfortable way. Would highly recommend Dr. Durga for family and friends.
I always feel heard with Dr. Durga and my concerns are not easily brushed off. Everything I brought up was addressed and we made a plan for it. It felt like we were on the same page with things and whenever she recommended something, she explained why. Very very helpful.
I came in for a update on new medications given by my cardiologist.

I enjoy visiting Dr. Durga and the staff. They always treat very well.
The provider wasn't delayed so no one had to check on me. At my age it is nice to know that I have a doctor thatI can see. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. Don't take them for granted.

Always treated great
I really enjoyed meeting Dr Durga and talking about her about her plan for me. I will continue seeing her, in fact I see her again and I look *** to it.
Only issue was I found her just a bit hard to understand because of accent. But she repeated everything if I asked.
This was my first visit with Dr. Durga since our other provider left U.H. I was very, very pleased with her. I will definitly return to Dr. Duga with the next apt., or any other need that I have.
This is my first visit and was a learning experience for both. It was basically a review of my health condition.
Very good visit with doctor
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
