Patient Experience Reviews
Everyone did their job efficiently
Dr Sandhu is providing me with very thorough care and concern. I have been seeing her for about ten months now. This has been a very difficult journey for me and she has "lightened the load" for me. She is very well informed and explains things so that they can be understood. I had a not so great experience with UH primary care about a year ago so I definitely appreciate working with a professional who crosses T's and dots I's. Thank you for your concern about my visit.
Great Experience, 2st time at this office! All were especially nice!
Dr Sandhu was very encouraging and supportive. I appreciated her concern for my health and wellbeing. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains things so they are easily understood!
Good
Liked her and the staff very much.
Good vibes w Dr and nurse
*** Dr. Sandu was fantastic. Ridiculously intelligent, kind, thorough. Didn't give runaround while answering even the nieve or simple ones I've been seeking answers for. Impressed provider was caught up with my records, had no qualms answering my questions in precise, easy to understand manner vs giving long, avoid or ignore, repetitive, TMI when often a "YES or No" needed. I am extremely pleased with her care and plans moving forward.
Dr. Sandhu is extremely knowledgeable about her specialty and took a lot of time to make sure I understood everything she was explaining to me. She showed genuine concern for my health and well being. She set a plan in place for me to achieve optimum health. She is an outstanding doctor!
Dr. Sandhu is professional, knowlegeable, and caring. She is calm and never rushes

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
