Patient Experience Reviews
Effectiveness and efficiency of reception and staff were impressive with the number of people and ages of all. Very smooth operation of the office.
Excellent care!!!
Dr. Sandhu needs to spend more time reading chart before meeting patient. Consistently does not know relevant medical issues (diabetes) or that he has treated me in the past. A one minute review would help him with patient relations and improve quality of visit
Excellent experience
Incredibly great service. I felt it was a bit rushed but very thoroughly covered.
It was a great experience.
Very good experience
Dr. Sandhu was absolutely Incredible. He Is very good at explaining everything so that I understood what was going on and what I needed to do going forward. The whole staff was really good, I have zero complaints.
Overall treated well.
Very happy with the care provided. Excellent staff all around. Thankyou.
Excellent help
Dr sandhu was fantastic. The staff was fantastic and everyone I dealt with was very helpful and caring as I was having a difficult time walking/moving.
Dr Sandhu was great. I went to the CFO Ortho Injury clinic and was seen right away. He was friendly and professional. Dr Sandhu listened while I spoke and asked questions. He was reassuring and during injection he explained what he was doing the entire time. The Injury clinic is very well run.
Wonderful doctor !
Dr Mc coy iand the staff his working with is awesome
The throughput and care exceeded expectations
Great walk in Ortho facility. Was able to get daughter checked-in, X-ray, diagnosed, and booted all within an hours time for a walk-in. This was excellent.
Dr Sandau is very capable in administering the injections. Very fast. I wish he would slow down!
Dr. Sandhu is very kind, listens well, knows my history and explains various options for me to consider. Additionally, he talks you through any procedures. He answers questions and wants to be sure the patient is comfortable and understands everything. He truly cares about his patients.
Good
Great experience at this new *** location. All staff were very helpful and know their stuff! ***, the medical assistant, was top notch! ***, Dr. Sandu's assistant was able to get my MRI appointment moved up 10 days, plus she is very nice! Finally, Dr. Sandu is a wonderful doctor who seems to genuinely care for his patients. He is very thorough and good. I have seen him for two broken wrists and two leg issues and am always confident in his care.
Overall very good experience. Office was very busy and accommodated a same day appointment to have an examination for a broken foot.
As needed
Excellent experience
Very satisfied with my visit
I absolutely love this doctor! He's so kind and caring.
Dr. Sandhu cares about his patients and is very kind and wants to help you!
I received excellent care. Thank you!
They called me with a time for the MRI
Dr Sandhu was great and so was his staff! I work for UH and I was impressed by the care provided! Thank you!!
The office staff at the *** are less than helpful. They hardly acknowledge your presence. There were 3 females in the office, all they did was talk about their personal lives and issues. Very unprofessional. I will not schedule at that office again. Big turn off.
Great experience, some one recommended that I try going there!!
Very good care; little waiting time. Doctor knowledgeable regarding my situation.
Doctor was very good in all important areas. First time I saw him so didn't know what to expect but he was great. Medications were not discussed due to the nature of the visit. I liked him
All good
Excellent Dr. Explained everything very well. I'm very impressed with Dr. Sandhu! Can't say enough good about him.
Dr. Sandhu is excellent!! ***
Top notch care!
I've been here several times. The care is always courteous and efficient from the front desk to the doctor. Very much appreciated in this day and age.
I am very thankful for this walk-in injury clinic, and everyone in the facility was kind, professional and exuded confidence that certainly benefits patients.
Exceptional care from Dr Sandhu and wonderful help and kindness from all staff, receptionist and nurses.
Excellent Dr. Would highly recommend. Very patient and thorough in explanations.
Everyone was very nice and caring
EXCELLENT SERVICE
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
