He received his Doctorate of Medicine from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and subsequently completed residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. My PCP Listened to my problems & concerns patiently. He explained to me what my labs results ment. He told me which results he was concerned about. He ordered more tests to find out why I suddenly got severely anemic . I was so glad that he ordered more tests . I found out what was causing my problem. I started a two week treatment that was aggressive . He encouraged me to stay with the treatment till the end. If I completed the program my percentage of successful treatment was 93%. I was very anxious & worried about how my body was reacting to this treatment that I needed. I called the after hours number because I was having chills, & my blood pressure was very high. I was afraid of having a stroke. An RN on call advised me to go to the nearest ER. I did go to ER. I sent a text to my physician to let him know about my concerns & why I went to ER. He set up an appointment with me with in two days . He examined me & listened patiently to my concerns. He took my concerns seriously. He ordered labs. The results did show I had a problem. He explained to me what I should do to deal with the problem.
Dr Richardson is fantastic! He's very knowledgeable, thorough, and really cares. We've gone to him for 27 years.
