Patient Experience Reviews
Astounding medical service; most of the world does not have access to this level of medical intervention
Dr Renner and his staff are very caring & courteous. After the appointment, my next appt for one year was scheduled as well as my next mammogram appointment downstairs. It is beautifully set up so that I have a mammogram in the medical building, then when complete and the radiologist has read it, I go up to the next floor to see the doctor. It's all in one day, in one trip, flowing seamlessly. I'm so grateful.
Dr Renner Is very kind and compassionate

All very comfortable both doctor and all staff.
I believe that only in the health care system of this country does the average person as myself receive this superlative level of health care and intervention. Thank you.
Dr. Patrick Renner and his staff are very professional and kind.
Dr Renner and staff are all great and very caring. I am so thankful to have them taking care of me.
Excellent experience as always
I believe Dr. Renner is a good Dr. I don't particularly feel like I can ask questions to better understand - but I am very sure it is me and not him.
I thought the doctor and his staff were friendly and quite efficient. They put me completely at ease and gained my trust immediately.
Very thorough, excellent care!
Dr Renner is an excellent physician and his staff is very professional.
Dr. Renner is an outstanding physician. I trust him implicitly. He goes above and beyond.
Dr Renner and his care team are excellent. They are very good at explaining everything they do and are recommending and provide excellent follow-up. Brook Codner RN, has been wonderful to work with as a navigator though the various tests, visits, and procedures. She has kept me informed every step of the way, explained what was to come, and arranged the appointments in a very timely manner. Dr. Renner has been very thorough and has provided the information needed as well as answered all questions. He took the time to meet with my husband and me to explain biopsy results and next steps. I highly recommend Dr. Renner and his team.
I have been going to Dr.Renner for over 20 years. Excellent doctor.

It was fine
Doctor Renner has been my doctor for 15 years. He is Excellent.
I was very satisfied with my appointment and both the doctor and his staff.
Dr. Renner is a every competent surgeon and always makes me feel that I'm very well taken care of
When I went to first appointment concerning my medical issue, Dr Renner honed in right after exam that I had a hernia and advised me that I should have it addressed soon. That gave me confidence in his medical expertise and that my medical issue would be resolved well and in a timely manner.. Also, *** was very personable and kind and prompt in getting the surgery scheduled for me. Also, being able to get my pre admission blood work was very convenient because there is a UH lab about 5 min from where I live.
Very good experience

This is an amazing level of health care. We are blessed to have this health system in America and University Hospitals. Most people in the world, especially at my age ( 76 ) do not have access to this level of health resources
Excellent surgeon I have ever seen.
It was my first visit with Dr. Renner, he was professional and caring. I will follow up with him after my biopsy results are in.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
