Patient Experience Reviews
Caring and professional staff!!
Excellent care by Melissa Partyka
Very professional carrying staff, and Melissa, the NP, is very good at what she does and makes sure I get seen immediately, and she goes beyond to help.
Melissa was very thorough. She spent time going over my records and listened to me - which the previous ENT I saw DID NOT DO. Even though Melissa's office is 40 minutes from my house, it was well worth the drive!
She was friendly and reassuring, easy to talk to.
Very good She answered all my questions I like that.
They were wonderful! I called as urgent and was seen the next day where all other ENTs told me August was the earliest.
Melissa and her RN were on time. Very friendly comfortable atmosphere.
She is very skilled at ear cleaning and she is gentle and doesn't hurt me how other doctors have in the past. I highly recommend her!
Care provider was very competent and professional. She was also quite pleasant.
Only went for ear check and clean, everyone was courteous and efficient.
I highly recommend this office!
Good Care
Office staff not ready when I arrived at appointed time. Nurse took some info and I had to give info again when secretary came in.
Great experience I had the first morning appointment and there was no delay. Everyone was pleasant and my concerns were addressed.
Melissa Partyka is excellent! She listens to your concerns, and then works with you to develop a plan of care. Has a pleasant and calm demeaner. Is a good teacher in explaining things.
*** I am very grateful to Melissa fo9r helping me out. Great customer service.
Everyone was professional.
I liked the provider a lot, but I forgot to ask some questions before I left. I wish she had told me the procedure for how to use oil in my ears and how often.
Everything about my visit was excellent! We were very early and they were able to take us right away anyway! Everyone in the office was super nice. I was there for a specific reason and if I need to go back I would certainly do so! Can't say enough about her! So nice and helpful and felt honestly concerned. She Made me feel very comfortable.
Great care and professional staff.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
