Patient Experience Reviews
Great office.
Found Dr Panteck very honest in discussing my medical situation and what will need to be done in the future.
Dr. PANTEK IS CURTIOUS AND PROFESIONAL
Very good!
He gave me a cortisone injection which was way less traumatic than I anticipated it would be. He did a great job.
Very good experience
This is the first time I had Dr. Pantech and he was great. My step daughter had him for her to hand surgeries. He is straight forward and tells you exactly what is wrong and how he is going to fix the problem. I would refer anyone to him. My orthopaedics doctor is Dr. Levin. You should thank your lucky stars you have two great doctors.
Dr. Panteck is very professional and knowledgeable. He knew what my condition was and how to treat it. I would recommend him to friends and family in a heart beat!
The provider was wonderful. Reception was a mess. No one informed me they were running 40 mins late. When I inquired about the delay the response was, "would you like to reschedule?"I don't like sharing a waiting room with the urgent care. There was no room to sit and I stood in the hall. The set up for ortho and urgent care sharing space is not conducive to patient care. I don't appreciate sitting next to people coming in for a virus when I'm coming in for ortho.
Very efficient
Office called day after testing and scheduled follow up appointment
Dr. Panteck was a referral for an injury. Fracture thumb. I was very pleased with the Dr. And staff. Very professional, pleasant and helpful.
Dr. Pantack is a great person and doctor. ***
Good doctor
*** I felt that he and his team gave me excellent care.
Everything was great except the wait to get the next test done so I could return to the doctor to see what plan and options were available. The doctors office was not responsible for the wait.
Very pleased with care provided
Excellent
Dr. Panteck is an excellent surgeon and physician. He repaired my broken wrist a few years ago, and I have had no issues with it. Presently, he treats me for carpal tunnel and has helped the trigger fingers that I get from time to time. He is caring, listens, and has expertise that benefits his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Panteck.
Dr. Was able to reread x-ray from urgent care and disagree with hand report based on exam of my finger/hand and x-ray. I sincerely appreciated his correct diagnosis-no treatment needed.
He is very kind and patient. Fully explained everything to me.
Understandable, very helpful
Provider was excellent. Caring and very helpful. Staff was also excellent. I felt very comfortable and at ease during my visit.
Dr. Panteck was a good listener and responisve to my inquiries for an arthetic index knuckle.
Very good
Good doctor
I love Dr Panteck. He is my go-to provider for any orthocare I need.
I am very happy with Dr. Panteck. He takes the time to explain things and answers all of my questions
Direct anf friendly manner
Dr Pantek knew exactly I needed "before" entering the exam room. Took care of me right away and sent me on my way. I appreciate this office tremendously.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
