Patient Experience Reviews
I am very happy with this convenience service. I have used this service. With great results.
I was taken back from Dr Palma as I expressed I was feeling extremely hot in the room as stitches were taken out of my left ring finger. The last stitch to be removed was very painful and I immediately felt as I was going to pass out. The nurse was much more attentive than the Dr.
Good experience and quickly resolved.
I was very happy with my experience. However, the nurse did not have saline to wash my large wound with and she did not know how to wrap the wound. She was honest about her lack of skill for wound care and stated she needs training,
Dr. Palma and the staff at UH North Ridgeville are fantastic. Professional, friendly, and efficient.
Great provider ***
I had some concerns where a specialist was needed. The receptionist was already in the phone scheduling before I walked out of the room. The doctor was extremely attentive and listened to my concerns about my health. The nurse even messaged me back promptly via the UH app when I forgot about a question I had during my appointment. Everyone in this office is exceptional and for the first time in a long time I feel comfortable in a primary care office.
I was so pleased with the care I received at this urgent care that I recommended it to several people in the following week. I could not have been better served.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional.
This was my first visit with this provider. She came with high recommendations from my family. I have chose her as my Primary Care physician
This was an urgent care visit. I was very happy with the care that was provided.
I went in nervous, but once the doctor came in ,I felt comfortable.
The entire visit was very satisfying
I have always had a good experience with Dr Palma.
The nurse did explain the delay in seeing me once I got back to the room. The reception staff did not provide any updates regarding the delay.
Awesome experience and great job by all.
Everything went ok no problems
Excellent care provided at the walk in clinic. Wait time was minimal. Received quality care in a short time. Would recommend the walk in clinic to many of my friends.
I HAVE A NEED TO FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED WITH A DOCTOR. SHE WAS ALL THIS! FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HAD A FEMALE DOCTOR AND I LOVE HER!!!
Having the Convenient Care option where my primary care physician is located is an absolutely wonderful option!
Dr. Palma and her staff are top notch!
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
