Patient Experience Reviews
All good
Kevin is very professional and treats me like a friend
Dr. Kevin is always taking care of me through the phone. When I had Covid, he got the right prescriptions for me and has always updated my prescriptions even though I don't go into his office.
Execellent
Kevin Nkeze Shu puts me in a relaxed state.
Dr. Kevin and staff was excellent
After treatment I was told to wait in the room before checking out. I was left there for 20 or so minutes before someone realized they forgot I was still there.
Always a good experience. Very caring and easy to talk to
Kevin is a very good general physician, he reminds me of old school doctors. That is special to me. ***
Kevin is a wonderful provider and I have recommended him to many others.

Kevin is great with patients and is a joy to visit.
This doctor is a new primary care physician for me. Only met him two twice. Seems to be a caring and compassionate doctor. I just need someone to oversee my total health. He seems to be willing to do that.
Very good
It was my first time seeing Dr. Shu. I really felt at home there. I like him and will be seeing him on a regular basis.

I have every faith in my doctor and his staff. I am very comfortable in their care
First visit with this doctor. Needed to find a new primary care physician. Was satisfied with him as a first visit. Hope the relationship continues as he monitors my overall health.
I have been going to Ravenna Primary Care for 21 years and feel that the care I have received has been very good. There has been follow through on any questions or requests I have had and I have been satisfied with the care I have received. Dr, Kevin Nkeze Shu listens with genuine compassion and concern and has always done what he can to help. His kindness is sincerely appreciated.
Kevin is a great Dr. The process of getting an appt was an absolute joke !! If I could go somewhere else I would. The process of getting to see Kevin was embarrassing- treated with disrespect!!
I was impressed by how quickly Kevin got my tests scheduled and how quickly I got the results
Always good.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
