Patient Experience Reviews
Courtney and her support staff were friendly and compassionate. I definitely felt heard and respected!
Good and pleasant experience.
She is my favorite. I absolutely love her and the care she offers. She always listens and tries to help with any problem I am having. I would rather wait for an appointment and have her then go to someone else.
Courtney is excellent at her job. I always have a good experience with the care provider! Thank You Courtney.
I love my Dr. She is genuinely concerned wich is important
She was very helpful and courteous! We like her very much!
The doctor and staff are wonderful. ***
This was the first time seeing Courtney. She was very thorough and listened to me. I see her again for a three month follow up.
Courtney was thorough as well as the assistant. I appreciated their patience. It was late on a Friday. Bloodwork was ordered and I had the lab work completed the next day. I appreciated the lab being open on a Saturday. Courtney has responded within a 24 hr period but usually within a few hours. Very timely. Thank you!
I don't mind if a provider is late because that generally means they are taking enough/extra time with patients, which is what Courtney does with me.
I just started using Ms. Munn-Huesca as my PCP this Summer due to previous PCP leaving the UH network. She seems very knowledgeable, is open to my thoughts & concerns, offers prudent information, is thorough and offers follow-up. As well, I had call for assistance / care questions this Summer when I came down with COVID for the 1st time. I am quite pleased with all interactions I've had with Ms. Munn-Huesca. Grateful.
I was very pleased with Courtney *** she acts genuinely concerned about your health and wellness, very easy to understand.
Caring staff
Courtney was excellent! Explained everything thoroughly so that I understood my symptoms.
Excellent!!! I love her. Got another excellent Hood Dr. ALL mast Three were excellent. Life happens and they went to other pastures. So glad to have another excellent one following behind them.
Good experience with my doctor's appointment.
Very satisfactory experience
Good experience with provider, Courtney Munn-Huesca and Intern, ***, as well as with Nurses and Reception staff. All were pleasant and polite, carefully explained each step during and after appointment, made eye contact when listening, and answered all questions I asked.
Very comfortable experience
Very friendly and professional
Excellent welcoming experience
I appreciate her attention to what I needed.
Very professional
We really like her. We had come here previously, then we moved away for 5 years and returned to this practice.
I really like this provider. This is the 2nd time I've seen her in 1 month. She is very nice. I'm glad I switched from *** to Courtney Munn.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
