Patient Experience Reviews
Dr Mone has been my Doctor for 25 years very caring. I am very comfortable with her .I am now 81.She's the best!!!!
I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Mone.
This was my initial visit. I was pleased.
Dr. Mone is a great doctor, very professional, understanding and very easy to talk to about any concerns I may have had
Great doctor. Efficient, compassionate, good listener and very understanding of my condition. I would recommend her to anyone!
Overall, things were very good, as usual. No real complaints here.
Very good & had excellent results
This doctor has been my PCP for many years and she is VERY good!
Dr Mone' is very knowledgeable on my health issues and explains what I should do very well. She is a pleasure to talk to and is warn and friendly she's like a family member and we're very grateful to have her as our family doctor .
Dr. Mone is a great listener and practitioner. I'm always happy to be in her care. The only thing with this office for me is that a lot of the times it's very difficult to get a timely appointment. I was able to see her the same day only because a cancellation occurred just as the receptionist was attempting to make an appointment for me. No reflection on Dr. Mone at all.
Five star service by a five star doctor!
The provider and the nurse were caring and compassionate. I felt they both listened to my concerns and responded
I think Dr. Mone is an excellent doctor

Always a caring and good visit with Dr Mone
A positive experience. Thanks again!
Dr. Mone was great. Very much listened to me and my concerns. Her nurse was not as helpful. She was short, cold and rude for most of my appointment. She made it seem like me being there was an inconvenience to her.
Dr. Mone is pretty good and I have seen her for a long time. ***
Not my regular doctor, ,but they were great.
I really appreciate the availability of a same day appointment. I also appreciate Dr. Mone. She knows me well and I always trust her advice and decision making. So grateful for her.
Dr.Mone is a very good doctor. I would highly recommend to anyone
Both my wife and I feel fortunate to have such great medical care!
This was the my first time meeting Dr. Mone. It was great!
Dr. Mone is a fantastic doctor who I've went to for years and years. I recently referred a friend who found the doctor's care exactly what she needed. ***
The follow up appointment with GI doctor was left to me--without dr to dr support, I could only schedule my normal GI doc on line in March--not helpful. I sent email for help scheduling and I was told to call concierge number who gave me the same on-line dates. Felt like I had a visit with a concern, some tests were ordered, but no conversation about follow up or next steps with GI doc.
Dr. Mone is a fabulous doctor. Thank you!
Good
All the Doctors there are great. Dr. Mone's nurse was very rude.
Dr. Mone is an excellent doctor ***
I'm very pleased with my provider ***
Everyone has always been kind and very attentive when I've been into the office. It's very refreshing.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
