Patient Experience Reviews
Staff and Dr friendly and knowledgeable
Doctor McLean was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
Very good experience. I will return to this provider.
Best caring doctor I ever had. I have white coat syndrome. When doctor Tam Pham McLean found out she always came in the room with her white coat off every time. I have never looked up my records because I trust her completely. When she says my blood tests are normal I believe her. Great doctor!!
Tam Mclain is the best primary care provider I've ever had. She has always conducted herself in a professional manner, showed empathy and treated me with dignity and respect. Even when my health issues couldn't be resolved because they're chronic, she always offers to trial something new. Wonderful bedside manner and very knowledgeable! 10/10
She seems like she really cares
Dr. McLean is great! Hang onto her!!

Dr. Tam McLean and staff are great.
Great doctor, really cares.
Very personable and easy to talk to Dr. First time seeing as my Primary Dr retired. Was referred and very satisfied and happy.
I have been searching for a PCP for 3 years now and have been met with constant disappointment. Dr. McLean was absolutely wonderful. She listened and advised and was compassionate. Much more than I got from the 3 other PCPs I've meet with in the last couple of years.
Very caring & excellent physician
Dr McLean is extremely good, caring, listens and responds intelligently and clearly. I really hope UH keeps her

This office is great from receptions all the way to the end of visit.
Dr. McClean is thorough, kind, respectful and responsive. She listens. I will miss her a lot when I move out of state. I can only hope I can find a PCP just like her. She set the bar. And she wore cute shoes!
Love my doctor! The staff is always very polite
Dr. Tam McLean was extremely nice. She was very understanding with my panic disorder and took time to answer all my questions. I am so glad she is my new primary provider.

Dr McLean is hands down the best provider I have ever had.
This was my first visit with Dr. McClean who will now be my new PCP. My previous PCP just closed her practice. I was very pleased I was able to get an appointment within less than two weeks of my call.I was very impressed with the nurse Brittany who greeted me and took my vitals, verified my meds and questioned the reason for my appointment. She was friendly, courteous , professional and helpful. Dr. McClean was easy to talk to, knowledgeable of my medical records and conditions and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated the time she spent with me and how she responded to my questions.I am looking forward to an ongoing positive relationship with her as my new PCP.
Very good.
Dr. McLean was pleasant and courteous. Answered questions and recalled previous problems and questioned resolution. I really like her!
Excellent visit.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tam Mclean. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained everything I asked her and demonstrated genuine empathy. Their professionalism and experience instilled confidence in me and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and competent medical care.
I would score the care from Dr. Tam McLean higher than a 10. She is kind, caring, listens, makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to any family, friend or stranger.
Dr. McLean is by far, the best.
Verygood answered all my questions
Dr. McClean is very friendly and genuinely cares.
Just changed to dr. Tam. Very pleased with care.
Very happy with Dr. McClean. She really listens and is concerned.
I was having a "change to a new doctor" appointment, while also trying to get care for a recent infection, and to discuss ongoing concerns. I was overwhelmed, but the doctor did not seem to be. I felt quite confident in her care, and the doctor I had to lose was very dear to me, so I did not expect such a positive initial visit
I'm very pleased with Dr. McLean. She always takes her time and listens to me. I always get a thorough explanation about any questions that I might have. She is a great doctor!
Dr. McLean is a very caring doctor. She makes you feel comfortable talking to her. I've been looking for a new doctor since mine moved and after going to 3 others, I have finally found the one I want to continue to go to. I know what I want in a doctor. She has it all. I highly recommend her.
Dr McClean is AWESOME!!!! As well as her staff!!!

Dr. McLean is very professional and caring, one of the best physicians.
Dr. McLean is the best physician I've ever seen. She listens carefully and knows me well. She gives me options to consider and lets me decide with no pressure on how we want to manage my health. She will always be my favorite doctor.
I like the Doctor and staff very well.
Dr. McLean was friendly yet professional. She listened, answered all my questions and spent all the time I needed.
Provider is excellent. No issues there. ***
This is a new relationship (recommended by my former PCP who left her practice) - so far so good! I look forward to continuing.
This was the very first visit with this doctor. My previous doctor is now on an extended leave from practice and my daughter recommended her doctor. I called to make a future appointment and was fit in quickly. I feel very comfortable with this doctor.
