Patient Experience Reviews
Great experience. Very helpful with explaining my care and options
Dr. McFarland is AWESOME.
I have never had such excellent care from a doctor. His thoughtfulness and concern for me was unbelievable! He pinpointed the problem, explained additional things that could be done down the road and reassured me that he had the answer I needed. I had previously consulted two chiropractors, the Crystal Clinic and had followed up and maintained exercise programs prescribed by their rehab specialists. It was a fluke when I was able to receive the kind and on target diagnoses of my lingering problem.. I owe Dr. McFarland a well of gratitude!
Really happy w/Dr - very caring , explained everything- did not rush thru anything
McFarland & *** are A OK in my book
Staff and physician very very knowledgable and compassionate. I would highly recommend them.
McFarland was great as was his nurse. He listens and acts like a real person, not an authority figure.
Had great service. He listened to me and understood me. Gave me descions.
It would have been good to ask me when I was available for the follow up appointment. It was scheduled for a day that I was out of town. I had to call in and reschedule, which was surprisingly difficult.
Very personable, easy to understand.
Dr Daniel McFarland is an excellent doctor
Great experience. My overall communication could have been much better with Dr McFarland. I feel next visit I will be able to better explain the problem I'm having. He and staff explained and took time to help me. I appreciate all that was done and he gave me more options for the future ( hope) that issue may be resolved in time. Thank you!
The provider was amazing. Explained everything thoroughly. He drew diagrams of what was happening with my knee and provided a clear approach of how we would work to improve mobility and pain.
Listened to my concerns, questions and where pain was present. Treating each pain location and cause individually even though it may take longer. I appreciate that thoroughness as opposed to a hurry up remedy that will not be as complete
Receptionist very nice.Doctor and resident were great.
Dr. McFarland is wonderful
I couldn't have had any better care! This was the first time I had seen Dr McFarland and I've already told family/friends about him
Dr. McFarland is an awesome doctor and would recommend him to anyone that needs him.
A superior physician....remarkable in openness and responsive to patient concerns. Listens and asks questions.Knows his business...medically current and discusses approaches/treatments that he recommends. I have recommended him to others.
Dr. McFarland was understanding of my concerns and listened to what I had to say. He clearly outlined the options for care as he described each level to me. He asked how I felt on that day, and listened to my input as we decided what the next step of care would be. I would recommend Dr. McFarland to anyone needing an orthopedic consult.
Dr. McFarland and his staff are awesome!
The entire office, the receptionist, the x-ray technician, the Daniel McFarland's tech assistant, were all excellent! Truly, some of the best care I have ever received. On top of that, I was able to make an appointment in one day! Truly exceptional care, kind, friendly, intelligent service on all levels and treated me with integrity and respect for my own agency and intelligence with my medical care. I would recommend this office, this provider and all the professionals who provided care while I was there, to anyone!

Dr McFarland was very knowledgeable and personable. After thorough assessment he recommended cortisone shot. He and support staff were very patient when I had a vagus nerve flare up. Excellent appointment all around.
I felt very cared for at this office. They were all great.
I felt like Dr McFarland spend the time to explain my procedure thoroughly. He answered my questions and didn't rush through the appointment.
I'm very impressed by Dr. McFarland, he's incredibly kind and attentive and truly listens to your concerns and questions and answers them clearly so I can understand what's what. I'm feeling extremely lucky to have him as my University Hospitals orthopedic surgeon, and would highly him to anyone needing orthopedic care.
My visit with Dr. McFarland was exceptional. I deeply appreciated his ability to meet me where I was as a patient. As a healthcare provider myself, this really stuck out to me. He put my goals at the center of our discussion and he facilitated my decision making process in a way that created space for what I needed.
He was fantastic! Caring careful and polite. Able to answer my questions and pointed me in the right direction as to what is next! Wonderful, 10/10 would recommend!
Extremely professional and responsive doctor and team. I would highly recommend this office to others!
