Dr. Simone Majetich is a new PCP for me and she did an excellent job. Her particularly fast typing skills means that she got to spend more time face to face with me. She took time explaining and showing pictures of a hernia so that I could understand was what was done during surgery and what to expect as I continued healing. She also asked If I had any other concerns before we were finished. I sincerely hope she stays in Chardon, OH so that she can become my long term PCP.

My provider is changing to an office at another location which is a distance from where I live so I am changing to another doctor in the same practice.
Dr. Simone was very thorough. I felt that she gave me the necessary attention I needed, she was a good listener and I appreciated the recommendations she presented. I did get my test results but the staff has not contacted me regarding the abnormal readings but it has only been two days. I called the office and they said I can expect to hear from her within the next two business days.

Dr. Simone is an excellent physician striving to provide the best of care for her patients. I hope she is being recognized for her efforts under an extremely busy schedule to care professionally and with wisdom for those she treats. It is rare to find someone with genuine skill and gracious bed side manner in todays medical environment where the demand to push more and more patients through in as little time as possible to make the most money possible is sadly the rule. Dr Simone Majetich is a treasure!
