Dr Lillian Lopez is a great diagnostician . She is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She listened to my concerns and we both agreed on a treatment plan. She is an asset to UH Kake Family Practice.

The doctor still didn't have an accurate record of my current medications. Granted, I did change a medication early in our relationship, but she still had me taking the original prescription as well as the replacement medicine (insurance stopped covering a prescription, so another was prescribed in it's place). This was our 4th visit together.... Hopefully the record is now correct.

Dr. Lopez is an amazing physician. I can contact her anytime either by phone or MyChart and she always makes time to talk to me. There was a mental health crisis in my family and she put me on the right medication to deal with anxiety.

I wish that these appointments were scheduled a little further apart so there wasn't as much wait time from the nurse checked vitals to the doctor coming and seeing me. I love Dr Lopez's patient presence. I feel very confident of having her as my primary care.

I think Dr. Lopez was concerned about my health. I have had high blood pressure for at least a year but it hasn't been addressed. I have been made aware by previous doctors that I have high blood pressure, but that would be the end of the discussion. Dr. Lopez has me monitoring my blood pressure for a month, trying a water pill and then return next month to see what I need to do to take care of it. My dentist would not see me due to the high blood pressure, that is why I went to see Dr. Lopez. I also need a new Primary Care Physician.

I chose to see Dr. Lopez as my primary care physician as my previous one had retired. I'm very happy with Dr. Lopez. She took the time to go through what records that was available in My Chart. I had went to a specialist for skin cancer and that wasn't recorded In my chart. I had already received copies of my records from my doctor so I was actually no longer her patient. I will give Dr. Lopez the records next time I see her for checkup. All the office staff were very nice also.

This was the first time of seeing Dr. Lopez. My wife and I needed to find a primary care physician as ours had retired. We chose Dr. Lopez and are very happy with her. She is very nice and thorough. Asked about any concerns I had and went over all my medications I'm taking through other Dr.'s I see.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Lillian Lopez did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
