Very good experience
I am very satisfied with the care I received from this provider and others in the same place
We had a nice chat and she was genuinely concerned. It was nice to hear her agree with me regarding the issues we discussed.
Dr. Lopez is excellent! Knowledgeable as well as caring and patient. I can tell her anything.
I like Dr. Lopez and the nurses. They show genuine concern for your well being. Go over your medications every visit. I'm very satisfied with the care I receive here.

Good!
Professional, considerate, friendly
I really feel at ease when seeing Dr. Lopez.
I am really happy that I have Dr. Lopez for my Primary Care Doctor. I have been looking for one for a year. I am really pleased with Dr. Lopez and her staff.
Care was very good.
Dr Lillian Lopez is a great diagnostician . She is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She listened to my concerns and we both agreed on a treatment plan. She is an asset to UH Kake Family Practice.
Dr. Lopez and staff are awesome. They call you back when you call them.
Great Medical Team
Excellent care and service
Very good no concerns
The doctor still didn't have an accurate record of my current medications. Granted, I did change a medication early in our relationship, but she still had me taking the original prescription as well as the replacement medicine (insurance stopped covering a prescription, so another was prescribed in it's place). This was our 4th visit together.... Hopefully the record is now correct.
Dr. Lopez is an amazing physician. I can contact her anytime either by phone or MyChart and she always makes time to talk to me. There was a mental health crisis in my family and she put me on the right medication to deal with anxiety.
I wish that these appointments were scheduled a little further apart so there wasn't as much wait time from the nurse checked vitals to the doctor coming and seeing me. I love Dr Lopez's patient presence. I feel very confident of having her as my primary care.
All of my care was top notch.
Good
I think Dr. Lopez was concerned about my health. I have had high blood pressure for at least a year but it hasn't been addressed. I have been made aware by previous doctors that I have high blood pressure, but that would be the end of the discussion. Dr. Lopez has me monitoring my blood pressure for a month, trying a water pill and then return next month to see what I need to do to take care of it. My dentist would not see me due to the high blood pressure, that is why I went to see Dr. Lopez. I also need a new Primary Care Physician.
Dr. Lopez is the kindest, most sincere, caring Dr I have ever had.
My experience with this provider was very satisfying
The provider was very friendly and thorough.
The doctor was very interested in my medical condition and caused me to feel very at ease talking to her
Good experience, pleased with Dr. Lopez
Dr. Lopez is very good at explaining things and listening to the patient.
Pretty good
Very thorough
I chose to see Dr. Lopez as my primary care physician as my previous one had retired. I'm very happy with Dr. Lopez. She took the time to go through what records that was available in My Chart. I had went to a specialist for skin cancer and that wasn't recorded In my chart. I had already received copies of my records from my doctor so I was actually no longer her patient. I will give Dr. Lopez the records next time I see her for checkup. All the office staff were very nice also.
Always a positive, informative experience
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lopez. She is intelligent, caring and takes the time needed to understand my condition.
This was the first time of seeing Dr. Lopez. My wife and I needed to find a primary care physician as ours had retired. We chose Dr. Lopez and are very happy with her. She is very nice and thorough. Asked about any concerns I had and went over all my medications I'm taking through other Dr.'s I see.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
