Patient Experience Reviews
The staff, nurses, and Dr were very kind and helpful.
Dr. Hartup gave very good, professional care to me during my recent exam, as I have experienced at each visit with her in the past. I was given numerous opportunities to ask questions or voice concerns, which I much appreciated.
The doctor spent a lot of time with me getting reacquainted because I moved back to *** from ***.
*** I love Dr. Hartup so much that's the only reason I stayed. She is an amazing Gyn for me. So thorough and so personable & compassionate. Maybe there can be more training in the future for staff.
Outstanding clinician. Every doctor I've seen in this practice has been TOP NOTCH. I'm so grateful to have found this office!
Nice nurse & doctor
She listened to my concerns, validated my questions, she gave excellent care
Dr Hartup has been excellent with my recent medical issues, and her nurse was amazing as well.
Pleasent staff
Exactly what I expect from my providers . I take my health seriously so I need a care team that does the same .
Dr Hartup was wonderful and all the staff I interacted with were great. My only comment would be to ask if Dr. Hartup could slow down a bit when talking. All the information was coming at me quickly.
Absolutely great! She is a great listener, and provided care and concern.
I had a very positive experience. This was my first appointment with a new provider and Dr. Hartup was exactly what I was looking for. She answered all my questions about the practice, expressed how important bodily autonomy, informed consent, and listening to the patient was to her and the practice. She conveyed the benefits, limitations, and features of the practice efficiently. My previous OBGYN didn't treat me with as much respect and didn't take patient's pain seriously. Dr. Hartup ran late due to a busy OR, but I'm very happy to wait if it means her patients are getting the best care; it reinforces that the importance Dr. Hartup puts of her patients and making sure they get the care they need without feeling rushed.
Always satisfied with Dr. Hartup.
Love the staff and doctors. ***
Dr. Hartup is a really kind and attentive doctor that really takes the time. I feel she really cares about her patients.
All good, no issues
Sharon has such a beautiful attitude, I call her SUNSHINE everyone very nice
Fantastic care. The doctor caught a conflict with 2 of my medications
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
