About
Melinda Lawrence, MD, is the current program director for the Pain Medicine Fellowship at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. She completed her residency training in Anesthesiology and her fellowship training in pain medicine at UH Cleveland Medical Center. Dr. Lawrence is active in medical education, has interest in research, and holds service roles in national pain societies. She is an associate professor in pain medicine, was selected to be a board examiner for the national licensing exam for her specialty, and is the pain medicine physician for the Cleveland Browns. Dr. Lawrence evaluates and treats all chronic pain conditions with an emphasis in interventional pain management and neuromodulation.

At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized.
