Patient Experience Reviews
I am very impressed by her and tend to be wary of doctors.
Very thorough professional
I wasn't sure about seeing a Physician Assistant, but she was excellent. Very knowledgeable and thorough.
From the receptionist to the MA to Np back to the checkout MA whom scheduled me an appointment. The whole experience was an exceptional experience.
Overall good experience. The PA is knowledgeable and listened carefully to me. I appreciated her offer to have me call after the appointment with questions, or if the prescription proved to be ineffective. Always impressed with this providers services!
The provider was great as usual. She was very caring, detailed, and professional. I followed Ms. Kubera from her office in *** all the way to her new office in ***.
The staff at UH is just the best!
Everyone at the office are excellent at their job and provide a very good experience every time that I am there. I highly recommend them!
I had a very good experience with Janet and the office in general
Best care!!
This was the first time I'd seen this Nurse Practitioner. Very Impressed.
Janet is the best medical professional I've ever seen in my life. I felt respected as a person and not just a number. She listened to all of my concerns, never interrupted me, and was just absolutely fantastic. She is the kind of provider all women deserve
NO bad experience ; everyone involved in this visit was exceptionally kind, helpful and professional. No complaints whatsoever.
All good
***. I believe Ms. Kubera is a great addition to the office. Thanks to all!!
A very good experience.
I always have a great experience at my office! My NP is always thorough, compassionate and informative. I know she has my best interest at heart and highly recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for health advice.
This is a wonderful clinician!
Provider was wonderful?
Good experience
I had a positive and encouraging appointment. I felt that I was well heard and taken care of by both Nurse Practitioner, and assistants/nurses
Too rushed
She is very professional and listens well
I have always received excellent care.
All good
She was very professional she is the nurse practitioner and I even asked if I can come see her again!
My experience with the Nurse practitioner (Janet) was efficient and thoughtful - I was very pleased with her concern for my care
Excellent experience. Very caring and down to earth.
I was very pleased to see the medical provider in a walk in situation. Front office staff got me in the same day. I was struggling with my health issue. From walking in unsnounced to visit then making a follow up appointment I was treated so respectfully and with the utmost care.
Very good experience
I was very very happy with my visit with Provider Janet !!!!
NP Janet went above and beyond to get info and offer motivational advice to help with smoke cessation. She shows concern, provides all she knows and answers questions I have in much detail. If she is unsure, she gets clarity and always follows up with me either at my appointment and/or MyChart! She is one of the best in providers I have in all aspects of my overall health! Truly blessed to have her and so is UH!
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
