I was a new patient for Dr. Knotek. The reason I stopped going to my previous OB/GYN is because I liked the doctor, but the staff was always rude on more than one occasssion. EVERYONE at this practice was beyond kind and friendly. While I was waiting in the waiting room, I observed and heard the staff interacting very kindly to each other, and even laughing together. They were very kind and friendly to everyone.
