This was a good experience with the care provider.
Rachel was so nice and helpful. She explained my test and all the findings. We talked about some other issues I was having. She asked me to explain why I took a certain medication and didn't hesitate to change it to get a better result. She immediately scheduled a blood pressure screening for me at the office in a few weeks because I wasn't confident with the results I get at home. She walked me out to the area to make the future appointments and was really nice to chat with beyond the medical stuff! I was very comfortable with her and felt very confident when I left. Five stars and two thumbs up!!

Racheal is awesome ! She is vey knowledgeable but friendly. She sat and listened to me, answered my questions and showed compassion. She got back to me when she said she would. I appreciate having her on my team.

Everything went very good.
First time I saw Rachel, CNP. Follow up appt after echocardiogram. Pleasant, direct, explained condition so I could understand. Explained new meds prescribed to take& the purpose for them. Kept me at ease as I had some anxiety. This cardiology office is excellent. Dr. *** & Rachel are a good fit for me.
I had a blood draw the next morning. Dr knight called with the results that evening. So very kind and efficient.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized.
