Patient Experience Reviews
Consistently good
Dr. Thomas King, he's the best doctor I ever met in my life
Keep up the caring
The provider is always patient and listen's to any concerns that I might have. When I last saw my provider I was there for my annual physical.
Not sure how long before I was seen by the doctor, did not check my watch.Very satisfied with Dr. King.
All excellent
Excellent provider care
Dr. King spent a huge amount of time with me for my annual physical. He listened to everything, and I believe he adjusted my schedule to accommodate me. He is gentle and friendly, and a good listener. I left buoyed up about my health, even though I have a chronic problem-because he accentuated the positive . He is truly a gifted physician - and very patient.
All good for several years!
Dr. King is an intelligent, kind man. Excellent primary care physician.
A very good experience with Dr. King.
My longterm experience with Dr. King has been very good. Having many medical conditions, he has been responsive to my needs.
Good experience, lousy follow up..
Dr. King is fantastic. Great bedside manner; very kind, gentle, thoughtful, etc. I cannot say enough about his abilities. I am so glad I found him when my previous doctor retired.
Excellent as usual. Spends appropriate time with patient addressing any concerns. Dr King provides the attention a primary physician should. Not the level of care most of my friends receive. Extremely fortunate to have Dr King as my partner in good health
Dr King is great. Very thorough. Explains everything in a way I can understand.
Dr King is the Beau Ideal of a physician
Very professional and thorough.
Dr. King is one of the best Internal Medicine doctors that I had for the past 18 years, he is a compassionate doctor and acted in a very professional way. I had a very bad flue case and I lost my voice and when I contacted his office, he accommodated my request and saw me on the same day. *** I am very thankful for his insight and medical experience that helped me to become healthier in a few days after he saw me. I recovered fully and I appreciate his medical service.
Provider was excellent ***
Dr. King is a compassionate care provider. I wish all doctors were as thorough and inclusive as he is in providing care and involving the patient in their care.
Dr. King is excellent, but his assistant has not been helpful with my post visit questions.
Got me in on short notice
Dr. King is personable, thoughtful, and is a terrific doctor.
Dr. King is the best provider of all the providers I have. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He takes the time to address each medical problem with me during each visit. ***
Dr. King is an excellent physician. He spends more than the standard amount of time with you. There is no sense of being rushed or that he has other patients to attend to while he has your attention.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
