Patient Experience Reviews
ALWAYS excellent care from Dr. Jesse and his staff. ALWAYS a good experience. Rating Dr. Jesse on a scale from 1 to 5... (5 being the BEST) I would rate him with a 10.
Dr, Jesse and his staff are always courteous and informative!
Great Provider
I always feel like I'm being treated as a complete human being, not just the old lady with anxiety, depression and high blood pressure.
I always leave with all my questions answered and prescriptions called in
Great
Dr. M. Jesse is a wonderful doctor he has always gave his patients all the time we need and have no doubt he does this with all his patients, he takes the time to answer all our questions, we are blessed to have him. Thank you Dr. Jesse for all you do for our family.
I have been. With Doctor Jesse 40 plus years. Have never had a problem. I'm perfectly happy with the services the Doctor. I have referred my brother. My sister and we'll keep referring people to him as long as he is practicing.
Dr. Thomas Wagner is a wonderful physician.
Great doctor & staff
I have been a patient of Dr. Jesse well I've 30 years. He is an excellent doctor. Spends time & answers questions.
Always caring, attentive and professional care by Dr. Jesse. A wonderful and dedicated man.
Dr. Jesse has always been attentive and listens to me.
I am familiar with Dr. Jesse from when he treated my mother and father. It was because of their experiences with him that led me to look to him when I decided to switch doctors. So while I can't attest to the care I've received from him, I can honestly say I believe he provided excellent care for both my mom and dad. And from my appointment with him, I anticipate the same high quality of care.
Dr. Jesse and the staff always display professional courtesy.
Nurse was on vacation. Follow up needed.
Both my wife and I have decided that we will stay with Dr. Jesse because he is, and has been, everything a "GP" should be. We're going for the record of being his longest standing patients.
Everything went great. No problems whatsoever.
Dr. Jesse was my doctor when he was an Independant doctor not "ownedBy the Cleveland Clinic nor owned by University Hospitals. I continue to see him, because of his treatment of me, not UH's nor the Clinic's treatment of me. If you were really interested on how your physicians could treat their patients you would allow them to take and use the necessary amount of time needed to treat them well, not try at times to make sure they could hurry to make sure they fit it in during the time you allot them. I see it with my Clinic specialists and my friends and I discuss it when they talk about their UH specialists! Big Pharma has always been $$$$$& first and the patients second. I had a "non hospital owned physician deliver me and care for me till she retired. I begged her to deliver my first born, but she refused because her hands were beginning to shake and she didn't want to hurt "her grandchild" as she called both my children as she checked them out when they came with me for my appointments. They don't make doctors like her anymore, Dr Jesse *** were the last two!
Love Dr. Jesse, great doctor. That's why he's been my go to doctor for over 30 years.
Dr. Jesse and his staff are always professional and courteous, and informative when there are any delays.
Always a great experience with Dr. Jesse.

Dr Jesse always listens to me and knows me well and always seems interested in what I say
The only reason I would not recommend Dr. Jesse to a friend or family is I fear he will retire soon.
Good experience
Dr. Jesse has been my doctor for many years. He has a wonderful bedside manner and always listens to my concerns.

I very much like Dr. Jesse and have been his patient for ***years. Administrative office support at the North Ridgeville facility has been a problem in the past, but of late it has improved significantly.

No problems
Dr. Michael Jesse is an excellent doctor. My entire family goes to him for many years.
Always great with Dr.Jesse
The only thing which bothered me was the amount of time it took to get the doctor's response for my blood test results. I had the blood taken early Monday, I got the results via my chart Monday afternoon but did not hear from the doctor until Thursday.
All good, great doctor, etc
Always a very good experience with Dr. Jesse and his staff. Responsive and caring team!
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
