Great care with Dr Brottney Jergovich my new pcp. Bad care from dr.edward Jastrzemski he would not even take illness appointments only yearly exam. Not very helpful as a pcp. Wish I could fill this form out about him. But I changed pcp to Dr. Jergovich and she is great.

Dr. Jergovich is an excellent provider! She listens and is concerned about my medical issues. She'll even repeat it back to me to make sure she has it right. She then shows me pictures or diagrams on her computer showing what the issue is and how it got that way.She tells me what to look for and symptoms if it gets worse.Then she demonstrated stretches that I should do to heal my problem and had me do them also She always tells me to call if anything should get worse.She's very pleasant and smiling and I am very comfortable with her!
I absolutely love Dr. J. She always listens and genuinely cares. I never feel rushed. I recommend her to anyone.
The provider and staff are great!
This was my first visit with this doctor. I had made appointments through MyChart with 2 other UH providers and both waited until the week of the appointment and sent me a message through MyChart that they were not taking on New Patients. This doctor was personable A few days after my visit I reached out through MyChart and received a response the next day - which is more than acceptable for me.
Dr Jergovich is amazing. She helped so much by listening to any concerns I had and answering/explaining things very well. I felt very comfortable with her and look forward to visits with her. Excellent doctor!

No matter how bad I feel, when I leave, I'm happier just because I know my doctor cares about my health and mental well-being.Most doctors just get you in and out. Doctor J listens, asks how I'm doing and we discuss the next plan of action. She and her staff are professional and highly effective in getting all my appts, blood work and any testing I may need. I'm very lucky to have found Doctor J.

Doctor J is the best physician I could ever ask for. My appt when made was for 3 month checkup but just before my appt, I was seriously feeling real bad. Difficult breathing, lungs fatigue. I had a covid test done while being seen. Next day I received alert on my uh app and a phone call from doctor's office. I was positive for covid. I left her office feeling that my needs were meant and Doctor J gave me the time we needed to get me to feeling better
Dr. Jergovich is always interested in what's going on with my medical care. She listens to me, gives feedback, and explains any new information.
Dr. J is very good about working with me on my medications. She will compromise with me to work toward my end goal.

By far the best doctors office I've ever had. Brittany is a phenomenal doctor!!! Am a person that is very scared of doctors and she has put in a lot of time with me for a couple years now to get me where I'm at.
