Patient Experience Reviews
Always great care from entire staff
Good
I love this doctor however they are never on time and sometimes cancel. That being said I do trust them and love her bedside manner and have recommended her to others.
I was treated very well and I enjoyed the staff and my Dr.
Sometimes have to wait awhile to see her but I am okay with that because she takes the time to make sure to answer your questions and explains everything to me.
All good
Good
Always helpful and in an emergency she sees you as soon as possible.
I love this place except for the time you have to wait.
Always concerned about your health
Dr Irvin is such a caring attentive doctor. I have no complaints. She's the best
Dr.Irvin is the best physican that I have ever had. She listens, is caring and looks at everything and discusses present and future issues as needed. I have referred my brother to her, and will refer anyone that I talk to needing a Doctor to her. She treats me with the utmost respect. I was never comfortable discussing my anxiety and depression with anyone else, therefore I had not been treated for it in the past. You have an excellent Doctor there. Dr. Irvin is the best.
Very good
I really like the Dr and the staff. This office is very friendly and close to home. ***
She is a very good Dr and listens to problems you have.
*** Everyone is very nice though, even when you call.
I like Dr. Irvin very much. She listens to you n makes you feel at ease.
Wonderful Dr and office staff
Good
Sara Irving is one of the best physicians that I've ever had ***
The only complaint we have is every time we go to see Sara we always wait about an hour to get seen. She is such a great doctor, we just wish we didn't have to wait so long every time we go, my wife and I both go to her
Dr Irvin is great!
They have been excellent at helping me get my health under control with talking to me and answering all my questions
Great doctor and great quality care
No bad ,always feel my visits cover everything with care and concerns. Great staff , I trust mine and my family's heath care and needs to all the UH staff and location.
I adore Dr. Irvin and am very thankful I found her! I've been seeing her over a year now and she has always given me the time and care I needed. There is no doubt that she gives all her patients the time they need, so I don't mind waiting to be seen. She is a wonderful doctor and all doctors should be more like her.
Very professional
The best doctor I have ever had! She has become a big part in my health journey, first doctor to put forth an effort in their job to help me and get to the bottom of issues I have. She is a big voice of my care. Very caring and thorough!!! I can talk to her about anything!
Dr. Irvin has always listened to my concerns. She has been extremely kind and helpful getting me through the recent death of my husband. I know she tends to run behind but I don't mind waiting for her because I know she won't just rush through my appointment. Some Drs. Seem to rush you just to stay on schedule. How can they be giving good medical care? If they don't have the time to listen how can you be sure they aren't missing something important?
The wait was over an hour and a half. Not very considerate of MY time. I had to change my plans. She is a very good doctor, but the wait time is ridiculous. I will probably find a different doctor because of it.
The entire visit was a disappointment.
This Dr and staff are very good and friendly. I really like the Dr and staff. ***
This was an initial visit as a new patient for routine care. I was looking for a physician closer to home. Everything I learned about this office practice was positive. The doctor and staff were exceptional. I am very happy with my decision to have Dr Irvin as my new PCP.
In one word Great
The wait time to get called back to an exam room usually goes way past the scheduled appointment time and the wait in the exam room before the doctor comes in, is also usually a pretty lengthy wait...but the care I receive and the time my doctor takes to make sure I'm taken care of, all questions answered thoroughly and she is just so very caring and sweet...I wouldn't trade her for anyone else. I fully trust my doctor and the wait times can be overlooked.
Love Dr. Irvin. She makes you comforable n explains everything n answers any questions you have,
Dr. Irvin is worth the wait.
I love going to Sara as my physician, ***
I love going to UH, the doctors and staff are so nice ***
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
