This was my first time seeing Dr. Harper. My former cardiologist is no longer with U H. I am pleased with his concern and expertise. He was thorough in diagnosing and prognosing my situation. Although, it's take a little to get to know a new care provider, I feel Dr. Harder is well qualified in his profession.
