This is an excellent provider that listens, is respectful of the patient, is patient and has excellent way of conveying information about condition and the care needed
Dr Haddad is one of my favorite doctors! Although he tried to find the allergy doctor prior to seeing me, he did believe me when I told him I had seen her in UH system and that is what a patient wants: a doctor who believes them! I know he found her after I left because I have that confidence in him! He is wonderful!
Dr Fady Haddad and staff were great!
This was my first visit with Dr Haddad. I found him to be highly personable and thorough. He entered the room with a page full of hand-written notes about my history and asked me questions other providers hadn't. It was a very positive experience. He ordered a test and already someone from his team has called to schedule it. I am pleased with his care.
Dr Haddad has provided me with exceptional care for more than 3 years. My health issues are complex and he continues to help me immensely with his expertise and accessibility.
Physician personally called me about a question we had discussed to let me know he had conferred with my cardiologist and what the results of that discussion were.
Excellent doctor. I've referred several people to him and they have all been very satisfied. I never plan to change doctors. I would drive an hour to stay with him.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
