Dr. Hadam is awesome. I have been seeing here for at least 15 years I believe. She is always upbeat and welcoming. She works to help strategize my diabetes and insulin regime. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an endocrinologist. If I request a renewed prescription, it is responded to immediately. Dr. Hadam's assistant *** is wonderful as well.

Even though I had to wait a little longer than my scheduled appointment time with Dr. Hadam I clearly did not mind. It shows she takes time with previous patients. Dr. Hadam always gives me more than enough time during my visit and makes sure I clearly understand any change in treatment and information for further tests / appointments. As a new patient of Dr. Hadam, I am truly glad to have her as my Endocrinologist - her knowledge, expertise, chair-side manner are very much appreciated. Another plus is her nurse, ***! Both are wonderful examples of UH medical personnel that provide appreciable, positive care.
Never had a bad experience with Dr.Valerie Hadam. She's been great since my first visit and helped me get through the issues with my thyroid when a previous, not my current, primary care physician didn't recognize there was a serious problem with my thyroid.

Dr Hadam is a compassionate professional. She is so, so smart and intelligent. (There is a difference.) A doctor with a great "bedside manner" is an understatement. I really actually enjoy meeting with her. She not only has a great understanding and knowledge but they are coupled with a marvelous sense of humor. She is wonderful.

I appreciate the attention the provider showed for my health concerns and also that she was willing to schedule another appointment sooner than Is typical to help me resolve any Issues. Making additional appointments could be especially helpful to me In the future since, sometimes, the appointments I have with this provider go slightly faster than I would like In terms of addressing some of my health concerns. However, this time, I believe It went well In that respect, with attention even being paid to how I was meeting my unique nutritional needs for my exercise regiment.
They were very helpful and organized. She was delayed under 15 min but they still let meKnow which was very helpful to me as I become anxious at appointments. Dr hadam is always compassionate and listens. I feel I part of the team working on my diabetes control

The doctor asked me to make an appointment to have an ultra sound of my thyroid. This is done every year. My visit with the doctor was the usual good experience.

This was my first visit to Dr. Hadam and she was so knowledgeable about my Issues; even mentioning she had heard of studies regarding Stage 3 Liver disease. She explained our plan of action and agreed with my request for a certain diabetic medicine that would aid my liver as well as my diabetes. Her bedside manner put me at ease right away as I was extremely nervous coming to a new doctor (mine had just retired). She suggested, at my agreement, that my glucose monitor send her the test results so she has a better understanding of what is happening and when to my glucose levels. I believe she went above and beyond and I have already started recommending her to family and friends.

Doctor checking watch as I was talking was very disconcerting. Receptionist did not believe I wasn't sick or had covid because I was wearing a mask! I told her I was trying to prevent getting covid. Seems pretty elementary to me.
Dr. Valerie Hadam is excellent, listens, and clearly focuses on what we discuss. Her assistant Christine is also excellent and incredibly nice.
She reviewed my medications. She was concerned about my health in general.

She and her assistant take particular care to ask my preference in their wearing masks during my exam, which greatly relieves my stress and demonstrates the care they give their patients. This behavior should be demonstrated more through the system.

*** was a first time appt with Dr. Hadam and I'm very pleased with the doctor and her staff. *** was able to put me on a "wait list," calling me immediately when an appt was available. Even though the waiting room time was longer than expected, I had no problem with that since I was seeing Dr. Hadam much, much earlier than end of ***. I was having double vision thought to be thyroid related and just not feeling well from the thyroid medication dosage for quite some time. HUGE thanks to Dr. Hadam and *** for being very kind, courteous and knowledgeabl. Dr. Hadam gave me an immediate plan of action with scheduled follow-ups / lab work. So impressed with this Endo Team!!!

Dr. Hadam has been my endocrinologist after my *** diagnosis and treatment ***. She's always been kind and asks about me as a person and not just as a patient. I'd recommend her to anyone who receives a *** cancer diagnosis.
Dr Hadam was excellent. She is caring concerned and understanding. She is thorough and explains everything so a patient can understand it. She will be my doctor now instead of who I had prior who was none of the things she is.
