Dr Guggenbiller was fantastic, nurse ***was also fantastic. Both listened and helped. Now your neurology dept SICKS, worse medical experience I've had when it comes to communication and I have more test and appointments to come. Neurology dept needs a major adjustment, they can at least pretend they care

She has always taken her time with me and makes me feel she cares about my health, not just what I see her for.

Jessica Guggenbiller is an exceptional care provider. I have Restless Limb Syndrome (RLS). I have suffered from RLS for thirty (30) years. Ms. Guggenbiller is the [only] care provider who has successfully helped me control my RLS and improve my quality of life, allowing me to sleep and just be able to sit still in the evening.

Making appointments and then having those appointments cancelled and rescheduled has been a concern.Hopefully corrected now.

I was actually taken back a few minutes before my appointment time. The provider explained my results to me better than anyone before. She was easy to understand and most importantly she listened to what I had to say. Best appointment I've ever had

The Doctor suggested speaking with someone who can give me other hints about my sleep habit. Her office (or someone) called me to ask me if I wanted this test sent to my house? I said yes. Then they called me to set up an appointment to see a doctor again. They wanted to send me an hour and a half away from my home to see the same type of doctor I had just visited a few days prior. I told them I was told that I was to talk to someone on line. She put me on hold for 15 minutes and then I got disconnected. I'm not going down that road again. Someone needs more training, but I did like the Doctor.

I had a very good experience with my provider. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. The appointment was on time and completed in the time I expected. The person on the desk was friendly and took care of me efficiently.

The care provider was great. The nurse assistant also was the person who checked me In and checked me out. That delayed things somewhat, especially checking out. That's too many functions for one person and poor use If a nurses time.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
