About

Jocelyn Gross, PA-C, ATC, is a board-certified physician assistant and athletic trainer specializing in Orthopedic Sports Medicine at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center in Chardon, Ohio. Jocelyn works closely alongside Dr. Martin Leland caring for patients with shoulder and knee injuries.

Jocelyn attended the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies and completed clinical training through the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She received her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. Jocelyn was a student athletic trainer during her time at WVU working with their Division I athletic programs including football, wrestling, volleyball, women’s basketball and soccer. Her background in sports medicine and athletic training made for a great transition working as an orthopedic physician assistant.

At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes.
