I was given a number by the Doctor's assistant to call to make my appointments. And it was the wrong number, so I had to call the office to get the right number to call. I still have not been able to reach the PT office.

This was my first visit with Dr Green; Dr Head left the practice and Dr Green took over my care. I liked her attention to my needs and concern and care she showed for my health and questions. She answered my questions clearly and offered easy to understand advice.

Dr Greene is an excellent Dr. This was my first time seeing her. She made me feel comfortable. She took her time and really listened to what I had to say And answered all my questions. She ordered labs and gave all the referrals I needed. She was concerned about my issue I had that day. She also followed up with a lab result. I messaged her with a follow up concern. I got a response the next day. I recommended her to all my friends and family. Her assistant was nice too. Also the receptionist was nice. I think my health is in good hands.

I truly appreciate being listened to. After years of trying to find a right fit, it feels truly amazing to have a doctor who cares about what you are saying. After test results, it didn't take long to receive a response and a plan! #grateful

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
