Patient Experience Reviews
Very good clinician
I love UH
It was a walk-in visit.
Irene was wonderful helping my son who was having wheezing. She got him the care he needed, and was kind enough to follow up for multiple days after our visit to make sure he was doing okay, and give additional suggestions for his care.
Top notch care. She even called my primary doctor to get my appt. Moved up and then personally called me to tell me
Went above and beyondtruly cared about my well being

The CNP was excellent and caring
Irene was awesome. She took the time to listen to me and answer questions. She provided excellent care and follow up.
This Doctor was excellent and did take care of me a few years ago. She had even call me a few days later to make sure I was doing better. This is old school and how nice that she had taken the time to call me to see how I was doing. Thank you for what you do.
Everything was very good. I had a concern about the ear wax buildup and the provider did excellent work in removing the wax. Also was very good in explaining how the build up occurs and what I can do to limit it.
Dr. Irene is great, she even remembered that I had seen her the last time I visited this urgent care location.
Excellent. Would come back and recommend to others.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
