Patient Experience Reviews
All was great
Dr. Fitzgerald is a pro.
I didnt have a bad experience.
I have been very satisfied with Dr. Fitzgerald
Everything has been great
Dr. Fitzgerald quickly diagnosed my problem and put me on the road to recovery. He is an outstanding clinician.
Very well organized & efficient. Pleasant & clean office. X-rays went very quickly. Very busy but very efficient.
Suddenly developed pain around my total knee replacement that is two years old. I made an appointment with Dr Fitzgerald who did my original surgery to have x-rays done to make sure that my implant was still in place. He was very professional and explained that I had bursitis, that would resolve overtime and some medication that would be helpful. I left feeling much more secure, having obtained all of this information.
All good
Dr Fitzgerald and his staff are so good. I always recommend Dr Fitzgerald to friend and relatives who suffer knee or hip issues. It's been 6 years since my knee replacements and I'm pain-free, ride a bike and walk perfectly once again. Best thing I ever did for myself
The provider was very professional and I felt safe with him he answered all my questions, and I was satisfied very good service Thanks
He seemed uninterested in my problem.
Very pleased with the care I received
Always a good experience with this medical group at Ahuja. Dr. Fitzgerald always smiling and goes above and beyond. Vanetta is good as well.
Dr Fitzgerald took the time to explain my knee ailment to me, the options for current and future treatment and I am awaiting a decision from insurance
The whole experience from beginning to end of my hip replacement by Dr. Fitzgerald was awesome! I would recommend this hospital to everyone.
Good overall experience
*** Was amazing in all my care. As well as Nurse *** that helped me every step of the way.
Appt with Fitzgerald was to get another doctor's opinion about my knee pain after surgerys
I was a traveling patient so some of the answers may not apply 100% to my situation. The care that I received was as good as could be expected. I appreciate Dr. Fitzgerald and Nurse Navigator *** in all they did to help me get through this surgery.
Dr. Fitzgerald has done *** surgeries on me, he has replaced both knees and both hips, he is the absolute best and I have complete range & motion, I can finally walk again and I owe it all to him. He has my complete respect he is the very best.
Dr. Fitzgerald is a Godsend to me. His human compassion and professional excellence are a rare combination. I have literally never experienced a doctor who listened to me with such care and asked me insightful, thoughtful questions. Previously I was terrified of hip replacement surgery due to my experience at ***. I decided to try UH and thank God I did.
Excellent overall service privided. Very professional staff and doctor. Showed that he was concerned about my condition and answered all my questions
Dr.Fitzgerald sat & explained everything about my upcoming knee replacement surgery. I was very comfortable with him six years ago when he did my left knee replacement & have every confidence in him with my right knee replacement.
Dr Fitzgerald identified the source of the discomfort verified that it is not what I had feared and it is something I can deal with and how
This was my first experience with this office. I was impressed by the combination of radiology and orthopedics in the same suite as it made the total experience very quick. Both a resident and the specialist were very good in explanations as to my condition and to future treatment.
He was willing to listen to my list of questions that were not specifically for him. Thank you!
Dr Fitzgerald is an excellent provider-very skilled and knowledgeable.
Dr Fitzgerald and his staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I decided to schedule my hip surgery during this visit as his expertise was very Impressive.
Dr.Fitzgerald and his staff were more than attentive and exceeded my expectations! He took the time to explain and answer all my questions and concerns.I look forward to his expertise and surgical skills. Not his fault ,but due to the backlog from Covid ,I had to wait a little longer than expected for surgery to be scheduled, but in speaking with others they have a longer wait for surgery at Cleveland Clinic than my wait time.I am grateful that I was able to get on his schedule and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of time that I will need therapy and his prediction of recovery timeline.I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs this type of service!!!
Dr Fitzgerald was professional and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by his casual demeanor. I don't like doctors or medical professionals generally so the relaxed discussion was particularly appreciated. Additionally - my wife can seem confrontational in these settings - she is simply advocating for me when I will not. Dr Fitzgerald took the time to answer all her questions and was rather charming while doing so. Overall he provided a very good experience and engendered trust.
Very qualified service
Great experience with doctor and enter staff. I would definitely recommend to all my friends who could use the same services.
Very professional and knowledgeable
Excellent provider!
The receptionist was friendly, kind and patient when sorting out my insurance coverage. The clerks, nurses and xray people were pleasant and efficient. Dr Fitzgerald, although expected to maintain a certain patient load under certain time constraints has ALWAYS found the time to answer all my questions and concerns. *** Rock on!!
Doctor Fitzgerald is the BEST!
I have been to the *** twice this year and both times were efficient, pleasant and all the providers were great.
Dr. Fitzgerald is a great doctor. He explained things thoroughly and told me how he would progress with my care. Since my visit, my pain is much more bearable. His suggestion of giving me a cortisone shot was good. Time will tell if anything further needs to be done to curb my pain. I am feeling relief from pain at the present time which is comforting.
Dr. Fitzgerald was excellent, as was his staff. ***
Everyone was very kind & professional
All good. Excellent, kind doctor. He went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. The only negative was the lead time to get an appointment
Good,, attentive and answered all my questions
I'm very comfortable with Dr. Fitzgerald
Very good doctor, my visit went exactly as I had hoped!
Dr Fitzgerald is the BEST!! His concern for me is greatly appreciated
All was great
