Patient Experience Reviews
Ms. Fedak was personable, knowledgeable, and displayed great professionalism. I had a positive and enjoyable experience.
If every provider was like this provider, UH would be number one in the nation!!!!! She is outstanding and unusual.
Good.
The attention she gave was excellent, also she called me to discuss additional treatment.
She was nice.
UH has very few ENT's to choose from in portage county. I don't like driving 40 miles to see one. I need to use one at the Twinsburg office, but UH makes it difficult to switch.
Just an outstanding professional....
I needed to have my hearing test with me, and I did not have it . I wish when I made the appointment they would of made that more clear that I needed it for the appointment
Lol there was no room ready we sat in chIr in hallway for a few moments. Then went to a room and dr. Was prompt. Very informative helpful knowledgeable .she gentle and kind spoken made us feel very secure.
The provider and office team were very courteous and helpful.
This experience was excellent. I didnt interact with any nurses during this visit. I would highly recommend this group of physicians!
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
