About
Navid Faraji, MD is the musculoskeletal radiologist and the Associate Program Director of the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program at University Hospitals. He is also an Assistant Professor, Division of Musculoskeletal Radiology and Assistant Professor, Department of Anatomy at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He grew up in northeast Ohio and pursued his residency, fellowship, and subsequent employment at University Hospitals. Dr. Faraji is passionate about educating medical students and radiology residents and believes that exposing medical students early to radiology is vital in medical education. He often pursues various research projects which clarifies clinical questions he encounters with the MSK team on a daily basis.
Dr. Faraji is a member of the Radiologic Society of North America, Association of Academic Radiology, and Society of Skeletal Radiology. Much of his research is clinical or educational. He loves playing ultimate Frisbee and hanging out with his wife, cat, and dog.

We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
