When she is in the room with you, you know you have her undivided attention and support. The fact that she cares that way, and is also knowledgeable is what makes her an exceptional doctor. There are other doctors who are knowledgeable and will order the right treatment, but very few actually show that they care like Dr. Factor. ***

MA was rude and gave the impression to us that she was angry either with us or her job. If it weren't for the relationship that we have with the doctor, I would not come back to the office. It was very uncomfortable and set a very negative tone for the whole appointment.
