Overall, a good experience. The practice should ensure that all patients that require a follow up appointment are scheduled prior to leaving office.

Erin Duchon is a wonderful provider. I would recommend her to anyone and drive an hour away from home to continue seeing her as my physician because of her exceptional level of care, from truly listening and believing what I say to thoroughly helping me figure out what is wrong and what the best course of action is- always while making sure to talk to me like a competent adult and taking my thoughts, questions, and needs into consideration in my care plan. ***

Erin made me feel very comfortable right from the start. She was easy to talk with and she listened to what I had to say - I don't not experience this with my previous care provider and I did not feel comfortable putting my care in his hands which is Why I left him. I feel confident that Erin has my best interests at hand and that she will take excellent care of me.

Getting an appointment with my GP was difficult and required scheduling several months in advance. Then, I was forced to wait nearly an hour to see my GP.
Erin Duchon is a excellent provider, she always provides me great care!
Just waited in room for an hour. Not sure if there were issues with the patient before me but waited a long time.
Good

Erin Duchon provides care in the best possible way. Erin listens, speaks with me, and makes sure I understand all I need to or ask and that I am given the information I need to be active in my health.
Excellent experience, almost zero wait time both in the waiting room and in the exam room. Erin is always such a fantastic practitioner, I always feel as if she is really listening to what I am explaining and has a very good understanding of my medical record even the appointments outside of the office she's working in.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
