Patient Experience Reviews
Nicholas Donato is an exceptional provider. Knowledgable, professional with an understanding of who I am and what is important to my care. Absolutely one of the best providers I have ever had, if not the best.
Everything was good
Provider does a top notch job along with the team members.
Perfect experience and care.
Nick is just awesome. He listened to me and respects my wishes. Always offering suggestions regarding my condition. I feel confident with his care.

Loved him.

Excellent experience. Nick Donato is knowledgeable, reassuring and answers all questions. Explains clearly all test results & helps me understand. He never rushes. I had sent Nick an email with a question regarding a prescription and he answered me right away.
Good job Nick!
Nick Is the best! He listens, is empathetic, he explains things well! He answers our email questions right away! Reassures us! He is very good! You better keep him! We have lost 5 doctors in the last year. Please do what you need to to keep him here!
Nick is a great provider! Fills in brilliantly when your usual provider is not available. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Very knowledgeable! Thanks Nick for taking such good care of me!
My provider is very personable and easy to communicate with. I appreciate both his concern and attention to any potential issues which could occur, and his honest and frank perspective on my overall health, which is good.
Nicholas Donato was professional and explained things well. ***
He was very knowledgeable and kind. Easy to understand and explained when I didn't understand.
Nicholas Donato was personable and informative. I couldn't ask for more.
Just a perfect visit
Very happy with the service and provider.
Nick Donato does a great job. If he isn't sure about something he asks the doctor but instances of that are few and far between. Nick is a very kind, caring provider!!! Keep up the good work Nick!!!
Nick and the crew are great to work with. Its sad that dr Malek is leaving as he's the number one authority on my condition in the area
I am in the best of care with my physician.
Nick Donato is a very thoughtful and caring CNP. He explained that his office had double booked his appointments and had not advised him of this. However, my time is just as important as his or any other doctor's. I just had another appointment with another UH physician cancelled on the last minute today. This appointment was made 6 months ago and now the doctor had something more appealing come up, so she cancelled my appointment. These doctors today are becoming way too arrogant, in my opinion.
Love Nick!
Mr. Donato was very professional and knowledgeable. He took a great amount of going over my labs, listening to my concerns, and answering my questions. I was very pleased with this visit and I have chosen to continue my care with him.
There is no way to send a message to the provider after the visit. That's very frustrating. I'm
Great overall experience.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
