Patient Experience Reviews
This was my first time seeing Dr Dayal. I am very pleased that he will be my PCP. Dr. Dayal is very kind and addressed my concerns. I have follow up visit in two weeks. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Dayal. He is the best Dr. That I have seen in years. I know he will help me through my journey to better health.
Always a good experience with Dr Dayal.
Dr Dayal works very hard to make sure his patients are cared for this is why I continue to see him
Excellent Dr. University transferred him. But I will have to travel the extra distance to see him. He's that good.

Dr. Dayal is an excellent doctor. He is pro active and makes me feel welcome. I have great confidence in his skills
Dr Dayal is one of the best and has been transitioning to a new office (not his choice). Can understand wait period this time, not his fault. Bigger office and unfamiliarity and extra (needed) time he takes with patients. Great Doctor, and highly recommend. I credit him with saving my life!
The doctor is friendly, efficient and professional.
Dr Dayal is very kind and compassionate. He listens very well and does not speak down to me or over my head. I really appreciate that in a doctor.
Excellent
I was switching from another doctor and Doctor Dayal is much better!
Great Doctor!
This Doctor is probably the most responsive I've seen at University I am a medical office manager and know that good Dr's are hard to find, he was concerned for my health which is refreshing it's a shame he has to be moved to Landerhaven as we have no really good physicians left in Mentor.
Dr.Dayal is very well liked and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our experience.
They gave me options for when I could set up another visit
Visit over all was excellent.
Dr. Dayal is a very caring, efficient Doctor. He put me at ease with my concerns and helped me decide what the next step should be.

Outstanding doctor. Extremely knowledgeable and patient, listening very carefully to my multiple problems.
Dr Dayal and Dr Ray and their staff did a wonderful job resolving my broken back issue. The Staff at UH Geauga campus met all my expectations for excellent care.
Dr Dayal is very caring and congratulates progress I make. Friendly and warm staff and nurses/aids. Four months after a liver transplant they make sure my medications are correct. Thanks.
Office visit was very expedient and handled with the utmost courteousy and respect. I am very well taken care of at this facility.
Most of apportionment the Dr. Is typing on computer. Asking questions that didn't pertain to me, but seemed like an insurance questionnaire.
Very pleased seeing this doctor.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
