Dr. Crockett is an exceptional doctor. She shows empathy and explains her medical decision process very well. She provides options and answers all questions. I've recommended her to several friends looking for a new provider.

I enjoy seeing Dr. Crockett. She makes me feel at ease and creates a pleasant visit. She takes her time with me, explains all she's doing and listens to questions I have. Both her nurses and her are very friendly and put you at ease. I so glad I found her.

I was a new patient to this office as my previous doctor retired. Dr Crockett was very personable, professional and really listed to what I had to say. I am really glad I found her. The whole office experience was great. From check in, to the MA/Nurse and then the visit with the doctor.

I am glad that I chose to see Dr. Crockett for my gynecologist. In comparison to my last provider, I am fortunate to find someone that is proactive in care and is as concerned as I am with my reproductive health.

I've very happy with this care provider. I'm so happy I found her to handle what I needed. She listens to what I have to say and tells me what she thinks...always very positive. Always makes me feel comfortable and as if I'm her only patient.

Good experience. They used my preferred name on file without my prompting. They also informed me of options that I had during the appointment that I never knew existed in my entire 2 decades of seeing an ob-gyn.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
