Patient Experience Reviews
Excellent discussion and a collaborative plan of action for what and how the next steps will be taken for my care.
The experience and efficiency of the Dr. Is something important to me but I also appreciate when there are indications of actually caring about the patient.
Great
As of 2023, Dr. Confalone has officially become my podiatrist of record, primarily for diabetes management in relation to foot care & medical management.
Excellent staff! I did graduate from the wound center finally after 5 months of mostly weekly appointments. I recommend them every chance I get
Dr. Confalone and her team are very caring people and interested in the patient's well being.
Dr Confalone is amazing and honest with her assessments.
Excellent communication and understanding of my problem. Offered a remedy, and referral. Very happy with all of it.
Dr Confalone was very helpful. Also explained how Medicare works
Very attentive
Elizabeth was great! As was the nurse who took me back.
Dr. Confalone is the best physician I have ever worked with. Most knowledgeable and caring healthcare provider I've ever met
While the provider explained clearly my problem on this visit this could have been explained to me on the previous visit four months ago. I was prescribed anti inflammatory medication. Why this was not explained as an option months ago I do not understand. Possibly, my discomfort may have been allayed.
Dr. Confalone and her team are always very respectful and show caring for my needs.
Absolutely the best visit. Not only did she give me concise answers/ advice but also went above and beyond to get me a referral for the ongoing back issue I've been dealing with. I can't thank her enough for all she's done already and this was an initial visit. What stood out to me most was she listened to me intently and didn't try to rush along my explanation. Could not ask for better care from a physician and the rest of her staff was great as well. Everyone was very friendly and super attentive.
It was all good went well
Dr Confalone always provides excellent care and explains everything

I would definitely go back to her and recommend her to others
Your survey does not fit this situation. This was a specialist, so many question seemed out of place
Dr Confalone and her staff are excellent care givers!
I fully appreciate the physician's knowledge and guidance. I have only positive remarks for her abilities. ***
Doctor was very personable and easy to talk to. Explained upcoming procedure very well.
Consultation was great. We discussed options and potential results. Excellent
My appointment was scheduled way out, and this office worked with me to get me in much sooner. I couldn't have asked for kinder or more professional people than I find in this office, and Dr. Confalone is a treasure.
The wound clinic staff is amazing.. Great communication and friendly
Always a good appointment and information
Dr Confalone always clearly discusses my medical needs and provides good health care options to help me in keeping good health.
Dr. Confalone and her staff provide excellent care and explain what they are doing in words a layman can understand.
Dr. Confalone and her staff provide excellent care and take interest in your concerns. Thanks!
Excellent experience
The experience was perfectly fine. No issues.
My sister recommended Dr. Confalone when I lost my foot dr due to coverage with my new insurance. I trusted her and was very happy with Dr, confalone. She took her time, and said make an appointment whenever I wanted. It took a long time to get a "new Patient" appointment but since I had nothing wrong it was fine. If I had an infection or another need I am sure they would have moved up the appointment or put me on a waiting list.
Dr. Confaleone was very respectful and nice talking with me.
*** I saw this provider for a specific reason. She handled it professionally and efficiently. The staff treated me well. ALL went well. I have given her name to others already. I highly recommend this physician.
Dr Confalone was great. Understood issue and gave injection for relief. Quick and efficient so I could get back to work
The doctor was amazing!
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
